1, Maximum Limits of Radionuclides set by EU
The followings are the parameters of radionuclides tolerance (cesium 134, cesium 137) in Europe (Last Updated03/29/2012)

....................................................................................................................................
Regarding the iodine, below is the part of the "EU Regulation of 29.03.2012"
which says:
"...Iodine-131 has a short half-life of 8 days and because there were
no releases of radioactivity from the affected nuclear power plant into
the environment in recent months and the affected nuclear reactor is now
in a stable situation and no further releases to the environment are expected,
iodine-131 is no longer present in the environment and consequently also
not in feed and food from Japan..."

2, Results of Analysis on 2012 First Harvest Teas:

Analysis of ARPA 18/7/2012 on 2012 harvest: Matcha Uji BIO Top, Premium,
Gyokuro (Download PDF )

Analysis of IZS 26/7/2012 on 2012 harvest: Matcha Uji BIO Top, Premium,
Gyokuro (Download PDF )
Detectable limits
Minimum detectable density varies depending on the length of time for analysis
and the weight of the sample. More are the time of analysis and the quantity
of the product, the greater the accuracy / precision of the results. In
the case of IZS, we specifically asked to perform an analysis as long as
possible. As a result, they put time counts of up to 140,000 sec (usually
10,000 to 50,000 sec).

are qualified to supply to the market reliable, credible and internationally
recognised certifications of conformity. ACCREDIA, applying the most rigorous standards, evaluates their competence, and their behaviour and performance is continuously and carefully monitored. ACCREDIA is also a signatory to international agreements of mutual recognition.
